Martijn Koot is a senior associate in the corporate law practice. After graduating from Leiden University in 1998, she worked for Landwell (and its predecessor PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal Services) and later for Van Doorne, which firm merged with Landwell in 2004. Martijn is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
Martijn specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and corporate structuring and financial transactions.
