Stan Ph. Robbers

Stan Robbers is a partner in the corporate law practice. Previously, he was a senior associate at Landwell, the correspondent law firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and later with Van Doorne, which merged with Landwell. Stan joined (the predecessor of) Landwell Attorneys-at-Law and Civil Law Notaries in November 1997. After graduating from Leiden University he started his career in 1992 in private practice with a law firm in the Hague and was admitted to the Bar at the Supreme Court of the Netherlands. He is currently admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.

Stan specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, investments and joint ventures, as well as in finance law.

Stan Robbers speaks Dutch, English and German and has basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
