Jacques L.F.J. Verasdonck

Jacques Verasdonck is a partner in the corporate law practice (notarial services). Previously, Jacques was partner at Van Doorne and at Landwell, which law firms merged on 1 January 2004. Jacques Verasdonck graduated from the University of Nijmegen in 1988 (Civil Law) and in 1993 (Notarial Law) and he started his legal career in 1989 with Nauta Dutilh.

Jacques Verasdonck is specialized in corporate law and notarial law, with a particular emphasis on (cross-border) corporate structuring transactions, group simplification, formation of legal persons (SE’s, BV’s, NV’s, foundations, cooperatives), joint ventures and partnerships, legal (cross border) mergers, demergers and spin-offs. Transactions on which he advised include a variety of mid-sized and large (stock exchange listed) companies.

Jacques Verasdonck is fluent in Dutch and English.
