Nils E.W. van Dijkman

Nils van Dijkman is a partner in the employment law practice. Before joining Heussen, he was a partner at one of the major law firms in the Netherlands. Previously he worked for the Dutch Landwell firm (and its predecessors), the corresponding law firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. After graduating from Leiden University in 1990 Nils worked for Trenité Van Doorne in Rotterdam (predecessor of Simmons & Simmons) in the corporate and employment law practice.

Nils van Dijkman is specialized in employment law and employee participation law, with a particular emphasis on reorganizations, employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, (international) contracts, litigation, industrial relations, outsourcing etcetera.. He advises both Dutch and international clients as well as executives. Nils is a lecturer for lawyers specialized in employment law. Nils has besides the Dutch nationality also the Swedish nationality and speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Nils is responsible for the Swedish Desk of Heussen.
