Stina Lindmark

Stina Lindmark is an associate in the corporate law and M&A practices of Heussen. After graduating from the Open University in 2003, she worked as a corporate lawyer at First Alliance Trust and as a corporate analyst at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. In 2007, she successfully completed the Grotius postgraduate study programme on Corporate Transactions (M&A).

Stina specialises in corporate law, corporate structuring and M&A. Before starting her study in Dutch law, she worked at BDO CampsObers and successfully completed a College Belastingadviseurs study programme for assistant tax advisors. This gives her a head start in understanding the tax aspects of (cross-border) transactions and corporate structuring. Her work at First Alliance Trust provided her with a solid basis in corporate law and an understanding of the Dutch market of corporate services provided by trust companies.

Stina has the Swedish nationality, is fluent in Swedish, Dutch and English and has basic knowledge of the German language. She is part of the Swedish Desk of Heussen and is a member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam.
