Coen J. van Veen

Coen van Veen is an associate in the corporate law practice. Coen obtained a master's degree in law from the University of Groningen, specializing in civil law. Within the scope of civil law, his focus was mainly on corporate law. He joined Heussen in December 2009.

Coen specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures. He advises and litigates on behalf of national and international clients.

Coen is fluent in Dutch and English.
