Nynke Corporaal

Nynke Corporaal is an associate in the corporate law practice (notarial services). After graduating from Groningen University (notarial law) in 1998, she started her career with Baker & McKenzie.

Nynke specializes in various notarial aspects of corporate law such as setting up corporate structures and restructuring, incorporation of legal entities (including cooperatives) and partnerships, acquisitions, setting up of fund structures and joint ventures, (cross border) legal mergers and demergers.

Nynke Corporaal is fluent in Dutch and English.
