Wöhr + Bauer assisted in the purchase of three office towers in Eschborn

The Munich project developer Wöhr + Bauer acquired an office ensemble with 22,000 m² Rent and 1.5 hectares of land in Eschborn. Seller is the Karl Group from the Bavarian Innernzell. The office ensemble, consisting of three empty, eight-storey office buildings will be used for commercial and residential purposes in the future. The purchase price has been agreed not to disclose anything.  

A team of the commercial law firm HEUSSEN under the direction of partner Dr. Jan Dittmann has advised Wöhr + Bauer on the acquisition. Other team members were Bernhard Schex (Partner), Dr. Johannes Weidelener, LL.M. (Partner), Franziska Reuber (Lawyer) and Martin Wolfstetter (Partner), all from Munich as well  as the two partners Dr. Elmar Bickert and Michael Wichertfrom the Berlin location. 

The Karl Group had purchased the office buildings in Eschborn, Mergenthaler Allee 38-40 and 42 as well as Frankfurter Straße 27 at the end of 2016 and started with the modernisation and conversion from a single  to a multi-purpose tenant use. Wöhr + Bauer will continue this and market the properties after completion.
