Our German Desk supports German clients who are or intend to become active in the Netherlands and Dutch clients who wish to or continue to do business in Germany.
We understand the cultural differences between doing business in Germany and the Netherlands, and our experience in advising German companies in the Netherlands, means that we understand our clients’ needs and requirements. HEUSSEN is a member of the Dutch Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (DNHK) and the German - Dutch Business Forum (DNG).
Your contact person of our German Desk has both the Dutch and the German nationality, is fluent in Dutch and German and has spent part of her professional career in Germany. Moreover, she is qualified as a lawyer in the Netherlands and Germany (Rechtsanwältin) and is a member of the German - Dutch Lawyers Association (DNRV).
