Our German Desk provides comprehensive legal support to German companies operating in or entering the Dutch market, as well as Dutch businesses seeking to expand or maintain their presence in Germany.
With in-depth knowledge of the legal and business environments in both countries, we understand the cultural and legal differences that impact cross-border business operations. Our extensive experience advising German companies in the Netherlands enables us to anticipate our clients’ needs and provide tailored, solution-oriented legal guidance.
Our German Desk Manager, Sandy van der Schaaf, holds both Dutch and German nationality, is fluent in both languages, and has spent part of her professional career in Germany. She is qualified as a lawyer in both the Netherlands and Germany (Rechtsanwältin) and is a member of the German-Dutch Lawyers Association (DNRV) and the German Bar Association (DAV).
HEUSSEN is an active member of the Dutch-German Chamber of Commerce (DNHK) and the Business Club Germany-the Netherlands (BCDN), reinforcing our strong ties within the business communities of both countries.
