Christina Oudakker
Christina is an associate in the corporate law practice group. She advises and represents both national and international companies on M&A transactions, commercial contracts, corporate restructurings and general corporate law matters. Additionally, Christina is an expert on the Act on the confirmation of private restructuring plans (WHOA) and advises companies in financial difficulties and creditors of such companies.

- Advising and assisting a Canadian listed silver and gold mining company in various corporate law, corporate governance and corporate restructuring matters;
- Acting on behalf of a leading Taiwanese listed cement producer and eco-solutions provider in connection with multiple transactions relating to the restructuring of an existing joint venture with a leading industrial group in Türkiye;
- Advising and assisting a listed US based manufacturer of leading technologies in circuit protection regarding a cross border restructuring of part of its corporate group structure;
- Acting on behalf of a German IT company specializing in digital transformation solutions across various industries in connection with the acquisition of a Dutch software company;
- Acting on behalf of a leading Dutch childcare provider in connection with acquisitions of various child care providers in the Netherlands.
Specifics
Christina has a Master's degree in Corporate Law at Leiden University and a Master's degree in Corporate Restructuring at the Ruprecht-Karls Universität in Heidelberg, Germany. She has been working at HEUSSEN since December 2021. Christina is a member of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DNHK). She is fluent in Dutch, English and German.

Christina has registered the principal legal practice area CORPORATE LAW in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister). Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten (10) training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
