Chizuko Yamada is a manager at the Japan Desk. She previously worked, among others, at the Japan Desk of KPMG in the Netherlands.

Chizuko was educated in the USA, Japan and the Netherlands and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. She also obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Chizuko regularly lectures in Japanese at seminars and workshops on employment law topics in the Netherlands. Also she regularly publishes Japanese articles on employment law topics in the Netherlands and Japan. She is fluent in English and Japanese.
