Morad is an associate in the Litigation & Commercial Contracting team. He specialises in corporate and commercial litigation. Additionally he assists national and international companies on commercial contracting issues.

Recent work

• Litigation on behalf of a large number of franchisees (as plaintiff) against the franchisor on a variety of property law issues;
• Several preliminary relief proceedings on behalf of franchisees (as plaintiff) regarding, inter alia, franchisees' branch opening hours and an early termination of the franchise agreement;
• Drafting a contract for the development and production of an exclusive yacht for a Dutch yacht builder;
• Assisting a medical equipment buyer and seller in the settlement of a cooperation agreement.

Specifics

Morad graduated in Dutch Law at the Leiden University. He is an attorney since 2018. Morad is fluent in Dutch, English, (Moroccan-)Arabic and Berbers.
