Suzanne is an associate in the employment law practice. She advises both national and international clients on various aspects of the employment law practice.
- Assisting a Finnish company in the container shipping industry with its reorganisation, following the outsourcing of part of its activities to Estonia;
- Was part of the team assisting a prominent Chinese multinational, active in the power tool industry, with the acquisition of a renowned power tool brand in technology and related activities on the German market.
- Advising a Swedish IT company on the employment law aspects of the liquidation of its Dutch company;
- Was part of the team advising a Dutch company on the employment law implications of a transfer of an undertaking.
Suzanne graduated from the University of Leiden in Civil law and Employment law and joined HEUSSEN in 2016. She is fluent in Dutch and English.

Suzanne has registered the principal legal practice area EMPLOYMENT LAW in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister). Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten (10) training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
