Michael Wichert is a member of our Real Estate & Construction Law Practice Group. Prior to joining our Berlin office in March 2018, he spent several years practicing real estate law in one of Germany’s major corporate law firms. 

Michael Wichert focuses on legal consulting in the entire spectrum of commercial real estate law. He particularly specializes in real estate transactions as share & asset deals (e.g., creation of virtual data rooms, implementation of due diligence audits as well as contract drafts and contract negotiations), real estate project developments, tenancy/lease laws as well as asset/property management and brokerage laws. He also has comprehensive experience in litigation. 

Here his experience ranges from real estate projects for both national and international clients to advisory services for individual and family office clients, commercial enterprises and public sector clients.
