Sam is an associate in the employment law practice. She advises both national and international clients on various aspects of the employment law practice, with a particular emphasis on individual and collective dismissals, reorganisations and post deal harmonisation of employment conditions, cross-border employment and employee participation issues (works councils).

Specifics

Sam graduated from the University of Amsterdam and joined HEUSSEN in 2018. Sam is a member of the Association of Junior Employment Lawyers Amsterdam (VJAA). She is fluent in Dutch and English.
